Called day prior to when I wanted a pre-purchase inspection booked the next day. Price and service was exceptional! Would recommend A++

We engaged iSPECT and were assigned David Murphy for a building and pest inspection. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. The report was detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommend David and iSPECT.

Fast and prompt service Detailed report which was very important for the building and pest inspection Highly recommend

Extremely happy with the pest and building report! The report was extremely professional and thorough! Definitely will use again and recommend to family and friends.

Great experience using iSPECT for our pre-purchase inspections reports - fast turnaround and transparent quotes and pricing. Their services really helped us made the right decisions around purchasing.

iSPECT recently completed a Building and Defect inspection and report for me on a property I am looking to purchase. They made it very easy and the service was great. I provided selling agents contact details and it was all arranged without issue direct with agent. Turn around time from call to completion and receipt of report was amazing. Highly recommend iSPECT as a business.

Report completed promptly, very thorough and happy to be contacted to discuss findings. Definately recommend

My partner organised ispect for our newly built house and we are very happy we did, they picked up on stuff we wouldn?t have known about, they would send reports next day and always had good customer service. Thank you

We had good experience.

A huge thank you to Ispect Building Inspections and in particular our inspector Aaron Perez compiled a fantastic and comprehensive report for our recent investment property purchase in Reservoir. As we are located in Brisbane having a trusted and professional inspector with a keen eye for detail is crucial. He also was available to take my call and answer all of my questions thus allowing me to proceed with full confidence. Thanks Aaron and the Ispect team we will not hesitate to use you again for our next purchase! ??

The booking process was easy and fast. They accommodated me the very next day, and everything went smoothly. Great service and highly recommended!
